On Dec. 9, David M. and Kourtney R. Jenkins purchased a home at 502 Hillsboro St., Taylor Springs from Michael J Oakley Exec|| Estate of Bettie M Oakley for $70,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,461.94, 2.09% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2019, this is the only property that sold in Taylor Springs as of this publication.

Jenkins has been registered to vote since 2010 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries. Kourtney R.
