The last time this home sold was Dec. 22, 2017. It last sold for $45,000.

So far in December 2019, this is the only property that sold in Nokomis as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 121 Sheridan St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ashley Neh Jewell, 26, and Michael Thomas Jewell, 27.
