On Aug. 22, Andrew J. and Hannah J. Blank purchased a home at 730 S. Oak St., Hillsboro from Steven E. and Kim R. Dixon for $61,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,276.28, 2.09% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Dec. 22, 2016 for $20,000.

So far in August 2019, this is the only property that sold in Hillsboro as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Andrew Joseph Blank has been registered to vote since 2015 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary. Hannah Josette Blank has been registered to vote since 2010 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
