On May 9, Bruce E. and Sharon K. Ernest sold their home at 200 Locust St., Coffeen to Jeremy and Abby Jo Chambers for $45,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $797.52, 1.77% of the sale price of the home.

So far in May 2019, this is the only property that sold in Coffeen as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jeremy Michael Chambers has been registered to vote since 2002. Abby Jo Denise Chambers has been registered to vote since 2015.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
