On March 26, Gabriel W. Stokes purchased a home at 806 Cherry St., Butler from Benjamin W. and Diana Luann Beeler for $80,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,550.24, 1.94% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Butler so far in March 2019 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Diana L. Beeler has been registered to vote since 1986 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including four Democratic Primaries and one Republican Primary. Benjamin W. Beeler has been registered to vote since 1985 and has voted in at least 11 primary elections, records show, including 10 Democratic Primaries and one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
