On Dec. 28, Cody R. Hodges purchased a home at 650 Halls Lane, Hillsboro from William H. and Mark K. Purcell for $150,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,708.90, 2.47% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2018, three properties sold in Hillsboro.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 650 Halls Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: WM H Purcell, 63, and Mary K Purcell, 63.
