On Dec. 4, Robert L. and Aslyn Estill purchased a home at 400 Jefferson St., Coffeen from Rhys and Tyka Fuller for $185,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $4,687.06, which is 2.53% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on May 10, 2013 for $118,000.

So far in December 2018, this is the only property that sold in Coffeen as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Tyka R. Fuller (35) has been registered to vote since 2001 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
