The home at 217 Edwards St., Nokomis was sold on Dec. 3 by Marjorie R. Reynolds|| Kelly D. Reynolds || Georgia Sue Summers (executor) (executor) for $110,000. The buyers were Clarence J. and Brenda Anna Lois Cushing|| Rita A. West.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,754.36, 2.5% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2018, this is the only property that sold in Nokomis as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Marjorie S Reynolds has been registered to vote since 1946 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Republican Primaries. Brenda A. Cushing has been registered to vote since 2019.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
