On Sept. 7, Matthew T. and Kristie L. Deluka sold their home at 322 N. Vine St., Nokomis to Mary L. Sparks|| Sarah M. Collins for $90,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,662.06, 1.85% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on July 18, 2016 for $71,000.

So far in September 2018, this is the only property that sold in Nokomis as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 322 N. Vine St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kristin Nicole Sorensen, 30, and Aaron David Motyl, 33.
