On Aug. 22, Catherine Gabeau sold their property at 1810 Vandalia St., Hillsboro to Keith J. Smith for $5,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $113.40, 2.27% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2018, this is the only property that sold in Hillsboro as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Irene Washburn, 95, was the only registered voter residing at 1810 Vandalia St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
