On July 19, Ricky Lee Kroeger sold their home at 176 N. Fifth St., Coalton to Jerry R. and Bonnie S. Ross Jr. for $78,500.

This property is the only sale in Coalton so far in July 2018 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Bonnie Ross has been registered to vote since 2018. Jerry Ross has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
