On July 20, Jeff and Jill Jewell sold their home at 501 Barry St., Coffeen to Jeffrey L. Riggs for $40,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $943.20, 2.36% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2018, this is the only property that sold in Coffeen as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jeffrey O. Jewell, 51, was the only registered voter residing at 501 Barry St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
