The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Hillsboro fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Hillsboro fell by $30,050 while total sales increased by 900%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,700 - a 31.4% decrease over the $95,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hillsboro in the second quarter of 2020.
