Special Council Meeting of the City of Greenville held at the SMART Center – Second Floor.
Call to Order: The special meeting of the Greenville City Council was called to order at 3:33 p.m. by Mayor George Barber.
Roll Call:
Present: Mayor George Barber, Councilman Bill Carpenter, Councilman Kyle Littlefield, and Councilwoman Lisa Stephens. Councilman Iván Estévez joined the meeting at the start of the closed session.
Also Present: Interim City Manager and City Clerk Sue Ann Nelson
Citizen Input: With no comments, citizen input was closed.
Recess to Executive Session and Adjournment:
At 3:34 p.m., motion by Littlefield, seconded by Stephens, to adjourn to Executive Session for discussion of Purchase of Real Estate, Section 2(c)(5); Sale of Real Estate, Section 2(c)(6); Personnel, Section 2 (c)(1- 2); and Pending Litigation, Section 2(c)(11) of the Open Meetings Act. Meeting was adjourned from closed session at 4:56 p.m.
