The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Hillsboro increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Hillsboro rose by $76,700 while total sales increased by 233.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,700 - a 207.3% increase over the $37,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Hillsboro in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Hillsboro for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,751, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
