PERSONS TO ADDRESS BOARD:

Isabella Waggoner thanking the board and discussing plans for ARPA funds

CONSENT AGENDA:

1. Approval for ARPA funds request from Brownstown Fire Department. 2. Approval of Solid Waste Application fee of $25,000.

3. Approving the purchase of a new vehicle for Animal Control.

4. Resolution 2022-03-08-B: A Resolution opposing the partial closure of the Vandalia Correctional Center.

5. Resolution 2022-03-08-C: A Resolution approving of States Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor Resolution.

6. Ordinance 2022-03-08-D: A Ordinance approving motor fuel tax funds for payment of the County Engineer’s salary and expenses from May 1,2022 to April 30,2023.

7. Approval of the low bids from the Motor Fuel Tax letting held on February 1,2922 for road oil and materials. The letting was for the county and various road districts.

8. A Resolution approving special county retailers’ occupation tax for public safety or transportation.

Ordinance 2022-03-08-A: An Ordinance to provide for public transportation in Fayette County, Illinois for FY23, beginning on July 1, 2022 and ending on June 30, 2023. Included with this is also an Intergovernmental Agreement.
