March 2021: Hillsboro experienced a 42.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Hillsboro rose by $32,300 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,800 - a 42.2% increase over the $76,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Hillsboro in March 2020, as well.
