Pricing for the median home in Hillsboro increased during November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Hillsboro rose by $34,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,500 - a 55.6% increase over the $62,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Hillsboro in November 2018.
