Hillsboro median home prices rose by 98.6% in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Hillsboro rose by $49,885 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,500 - a 98.6% increase over the $50,615 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hillsboro in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Hillsboro for 2019 was $1,751. In 2018, the median sales tax was $1,595. This marks an increase of 9.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.7%.
