The fourth quarter of 2020: Nokomis experienced a 14.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Nokomis rose by $6,500 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 14.9% increase over the $43,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Nokomis in the fourth quarter of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Nokomis for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $938, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
