Median home prices in Hillsboro rose to $85,000 in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Hillsboro rose by $56,500 while total sales increased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 198.2% increase over the $28,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Hillsboro in the fourth quarter of 2019.
