Nokomis median home prices fell by 31.3% in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Nokomis fell by $29,750 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,250 - a 31.3% decrease over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Nokomis in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Nokomis for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $938, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
