Farmersville home prices rose in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Farmersville rose by $30,250 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 40.5% increase over the $74,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Farmersville in the second quarter of 2019, as well.
