Median home prices in Farmersville rose to $74,750 in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Farmersville rose by $42,750 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,750 - a 133.6% increase over the $32,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Farmersville in the second quarter of 2018.
