The first half of 2020: Coalton experienced a 52.4% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Coalton fell by $83,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,500 - a 52.4% decrease over the $158,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Coalton in the first half of 2019, as well.
