Special Council Meeting of the City of Greenville held at the Greenville Municipal Building
Following the Executive Order issued by Governor Pritzker and with the surge in the COVID Omicron variant, it has been determined by Mayor Barber that this public meeting be held both in-person and by remote participation.
Call to Order: The special meeting of the Greenville City Council was called to order on Monday, February 28 at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor George Barber.
Roll Call: Present: Mayor George Barber, Councilman Bill Carpenter, Councilman Iván Estévez and Councilman Kyle Littlefield.
Absent: Councilwoman Lisa Stephens
Also Present: City Manager JoAnn Hollenkamp and City Clerk Sue Ann Nelson
Citizen Input: With no comments, citizen input was closed.
Appointment of City Manager: Motion by Carpenter, seconded by Estévez, to appoint JoAnn
Hollenkamp as City Manager.
Ayes: Carpenter, Estévez, Littlefield, Barber
Absent: Stephens
Nays: None
Motion carried
Oath: City Clerk Nelson administered the oath taken by City Manager Hollenkamp.
Adjourn: At 6:05 p.m., motion by Littlefield, seconded by Estévez, to adjourn the special council meeting.
