3. Request from the Planning & Zoning Administrator to seek an addition to the list of Special Uses Permitted in the Centralia Zoning and Subdivision Code 10-2-3-109 (B-3 Highway/Arterial Business District) to include: Research Laboratories and Facilities.
4. Request from Parker Timmons to Operate a business at Parcel: 15-14-12-459-006 in the City of Centralia, IL., Clinton County.
