What happened to the median home price in Odin during the first half of 2022?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Odin rose by $22,649 while total sales increased by 16.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $39,000 - a 138.5 percent increase over the $16,351 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Odin in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Odin for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $768, approximately two percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
