Macoupin County Board General Administrative Committee met Aug. 3.

1. Approve Draft Agenda for August Full Board Meeting
Motion by Thomas, seconded by Ibberson to approve the draft agenda with changes for the August full Board meeting.

2. Non-Union Employee Time Sheets
Motion by Ibberson, seconded by Kiel to approve the non-union employee timesheets.

3. Ordinance Requesting Transfer of Real Estate Pursuant to the Local Government Property Transfer Act
Tarro said he was purchasing the parking lot to the north of the Gillespie fire department for the Maple Street Clinic. It would be paid for with public health department funds not American Rescue Plan funding. He needed this for employees to be able to park safely away from the Maple Street Clinic as they currently parking with permission in the Catholic Church parking lot across Route 4. He has had two employees get hit recently trying to cross the highway to their cars. The State's Attorney had reviewed the ordinance and agreement and had given a verbal ok to it, though the committee wanted to make sure the State's Attorney or his representative was present Tuesday night to confirm that.
Motion by Ibberson, seconded by Vojas to recommend the ordinance to the full Board.

4. Public Transportation Fees
Tarro had provided communication about the public transportation program and its financial picture. Tarro was requesting s a few changes to the fee structure. There would be a $10 for non-medicaid qualifying seniors to ride for out of county medical trips and start charging a $20 fare for all all riders to attend a group trip. The committee felt this was a discussion that needed to happen at the Board level. Tarro mentioned there was a senior group in Staunton who wanted to go to the State Fair for Senior Day.
