Hopson Wins Reno's Award For The Second Consecutive Week
Mariah Hopson, junior guard for the Blackburn Women’s Basketball team, has been named the Reno’s Pizza Player of the Week for the second week in a row.
Hopson led the Beavers against Kansas Christian College last Friday. She finished the game with a double-double, collecting eleven rebounds and scoring 26 points in the contest.
She also tacked on a pair of assists, a pair of steals, and a block in the game. Hopson currently leads the Beavers in points per game, averaging 14 now.
The Beavers will host Central Christian Bible on Friday, December 9th, at 4:00 p.m. for their next game.
