IX. Consider a motion to enter Closed Session for the following purposes as allowed under the Illinois Open Meeting Act (5 ILCS 120/1 et seq.):

A. Discussion of the appointment, employment and dismissal of employees of the public body and collective negotiating matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives.

X. Consider a Motion to come out of Closed session

A. Consider a motion to approve the memorandum of understanding to hire an Interim Dean of Students at Mt. Olive High School for the remainder of the 2023-2024 SY.

B. Consider a motion to hire Josh Martin as the Interim Dean of Students.

C. Consider a motion to approve the memorandum of understanding to compensate teachers for years of experience in public schools outside of Illinois.

D. Consider a motion to hire Paula Grider as a cook for the Mt. Olive School District.
