I. CALL TO ORDER

II. AUDIT BILLS
1. Review and Recommend monthly claims
Claims 14038 through 14079 totaling $ 101,035.92 were read and the following motion made:
Motion made by Heuer, seconded by Wiggins to approve the claims and recommend payment by the full board.

V. NEW BUSINESS
1. Hire new mechanic
Motion made by Armour, seconded by Barr offer the fulltime mechanic position to Joshua Austin of Virden pending the passing of a pre-employment drug test and on condition Mr. Austin obtains a minimum of a Class B CDL with air brake endorsement before the end of his probationary period.

1. ARPA
The Committee was updated on the ARPA projects. All six of the pickup trucks and the boom mower have been delivered and payment with ARPA funds has been made. Over $ 450,000 in ARPA funds were expended this month.
