A. Consider a motion to have a regular attendance school day on Casimir Pulaski Day (March 4, 2024).

B. First reading of the 2024-2025 Mt. Olive Elementary/JH Handbook.

C. First Reading of the 2024-2025 Mt. Olive High School Handbook.

D. Consider a motion to approve the IHSA Membership Renewal.

E. Consider a motion to approve the Fuel Bid for 2024-2025 School Year.

IX. Consider a motion to enter Closed Session for the following purposes as allowed under the Illinois Open Meeting Act (5 ILCS 120/1 et seq.):

A. Discussion of the appointment, employment and dismissal of employees of the public body and collective negotiating matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives.

X. Consider a Motion to come out of Closed session

A. Consider a motion to adopt the resolution of the honorable dismissal of educational support personnel employees as listed therein.

B. Consider a motion to accept the resignation of Tracy Holliday as NHS Advisor.

C. Consider a motion to hire Josh Martin as the High School Principal for Mt. Olive High School for the 2024-2025 school year.

X. Adjourn

The next regular board meeting will be at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, April 17, 2024. The meeting will be held in the library at 804 West Main Street, Mt. Olive, Illinois.
