COMMUNITY OPERATIONS: (WATER & LAKE, SEWER AND STREETS AND ALLEYS) 1. Motion to approve a two-month sewer adjustment for Gary Kilmartin at 505 S Clark Street in the amount of $361.47.

ADMINISTRATION: (FINANCE, PERSONNEL, LEGAL AND INSURANCE)

1. Discussion on extending the hours for the sale of liquor until 2:00 a.m.

2. Motion to approve chemical bids.

3. Motion to approve proposal from Kuhn and Trello to topographical near the north end of the Pana Lake in the amount of $4500

4. Motion to approve reimbursement to Christian-Shelby 911 for the 2022-2023 year in the amount of $8,000

1. Storage/placement of Santa House at Kitchell Park

2. Motion to allow PYBSO to repair lights at the Kitchell Park ball diamonds at their expense.

3. Motion to allow PYBSO to repair the North Diamond Concession stand at Kitchell Park at their expense.
