City of Salem Tourism Board met April 9.

1) Salem Airport Authority requesting funds. On May 18th we are having a day of free airplane rides in memory of Ralph Mirka, who has given generously to the airport in the form of scholarships. We intend to spend the grant money on print and digital advertising to promote the event.
V. Grant Reports
The Lights Are On In Salem – Economic Development Director Leah Dellicarpini
Pricing from the company we wanted to go with. Their pricing nearly doubled with install (they layered their “field service agreement” on top of the lease bundle).
