F. Consider a motion to approve bid for Mt. Olive CUSD #5 Roofing/HVAC Project.

IX. Consider a motion to enter Closed Session for the following purposes as allowed under the Illinois Open Meeting Act (5 ILCS 120/1 et seq.):

A. Discussion of the appointment, employment and dismissal of employees of the public body and collective negotiating matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives.

X. Consider a Motion to come out of Closed session

A. Semi-annual review of closed session minutes as required by the Open Meetings Act. Consider a motion to keep the closed session minutes from the following meetings closed for the reasons listed:

B. Consider a motion to approve personnel as discussed in closed session. 1. Consider a motion to accept the resignation of Erik Osmoe at the end of the 23-24 school year.

2. Consider a motion to accept the resignation of Paul Smith as MOHS Egaming Coach at the end of the 23-24 school year.

3. Consider a motion to accept the resignation of Heather Spudich as MOHS Yearbook advisor at the end of the 23-24 school year.

4. Consider a motion to hire Kaitlyn Nix as MOHS Math/Science teacher for the 24-25 SY pending a successful background check.

The next regular board meeting will be at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. The meeting will be held in the library at 804 West Main Street, Mt. Olive, Illinois.
