• SLM Water Rate Increase Effective May 1, 2024: Summerfield, Lebanon, Mascoutah Water Commission will be increasing water rates $0.40 per 1,000 gallons; from $2.35 to $2.75. Per Ordinance 850, passed February 7, 2011, this increase will be passed onto end users. This rate will be effective on bills due July 15, 2024. The last rate increase was $0.30 per 1,000 gallons in 2022. *
