City of Litchfield Planning Commission met Dec. 16.

Here is the agenda provided by the commission

1. Call Public Hearing to order.

2. Roll call of members.

3. Hearing #1 Request for an amendment to the Zoning ordinance #2831 for a zoning change from (A-1) Agricultural to (S-1) Single family residential and a “Minor subdivision” for parcel # 10-35-100-054 located in Deer Hollow subdivision.

4. Hearing #2 Request for an amendment to the Zoning ordinance #2831 for a zoning change from S-1 Single family residence to M-F Multi-family residence. Located at 601 S. State St. parcel pin # 15-04-176-01.

5. Motion to adjourn December 16, 2024, public hearing.
