2. Finance - Kassidy Paine - A motion to approve a Resolution accepting a proposal from Sikich for audit services for fiscal years 2025-2027, with the option to renew for fiscal years 2028 and 2029.

3. Administration - Robbin Huffman - A motion to approve a Resolution accepting a proposal from AssuredPartners for Benefits Plan Brokerage and Consulting Services.

4. Economic Development - Ray Kellenberger - A motion to approve a Resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute a facade improvement grant agreement with Short W W LLC at 319 N. State Street and other actions related thereto.

5. Lake - Robbin Huffman - A motion to approve a Resolution creating a Campground Host and Campground Host Supervisor for the Lake Lou Yaeger Recreational Area.
