City of Litchfield Planning and Zoning Board met Aug. 11.
Here is the agenda provided by the board:
1. Call Public Meeting to order.
2. Roll call of members.
3. Mayor Fleming explanation of Planning and Zoning Board question and answer.
4. Approve July 7, 2025, Planning Commission hearing/meeting minutes.
5. Motion: The Planning and Zoning Board confirms the City Engineer’s letter of approval for the “Wildflower subdivision” Improvement plan. The City will send a written notice to the subdivider and their engineer that they are approved as such and may submit the Final plat for its approval by the Planning/Zoning Board and the City Council.
6. Other business.
7. Motion to adjourn August 11, 2025, Public meeting.
