Graduates earn 327 degrees from Greenville University

About 25.4 percent of the 327 degrees and certificates handed out by the Greenville University in 2016-17 were to students in Education programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Greenville conferred 43 bachelor's degrees and 40 master's degrees in Education programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Data shows the school gave out 28 bachelor's degrees in Biology/Biological Sciences, General, followed by 25 bachelor's degrees in Elementary Education and Teaching and 18 bachelor's degrees in Organizational Behavior Studies.

The university enrolled 1,211 students for 2016-17, including 994 in undergraduate programs and 217 in graduate programs.
