Q2 real estate sales report: Lake Ka-Ho

Median prices rose in Lake Ka-Ho over last year, and are up 280.6 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 1 home sold in Lake Ka-Ho for a price of $118,000. That's 525.3 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, there were no foreclosures in Lake Ka-Ho.
