1. A motion to accept the minutes from the December 20, 2018 meeting.
2. *** to be passed only at the first monthly City Council meeting. A motion to direct the City Clerk to transfer funds from the city sales tax to the City’s general fund to issue checks and authorize to pay the bills.

1. Administration – Woodrow Street - A motion to approve repairs for vehicle damage.
New Business:
1. Tourism – Marilyn Sisson – A motion to approve the expenditures and the hiring of temporary employees for the Litchfield Pickers Market in the amount not to exceed $31,500 and authorize the Mayor to sign any contracts associated with the event.
2. Tourism – Marilyn Sisson – A motion to approve expenditures not to exceed $5,000 to host Live in Library Park, a free weekly music night in Library Park for the duration of seven weeks and authorize the Mayor to sign any contracts associated with the event.
3. Tourism – Marilyn Sisson – A motion to approve a Resolution to Support the Tourism Attraction Program grant application and a Resolution to Commit Local Funds.
4. Sewer – Dwayne Gerl – A motion to approve the surveying of the Envotech Illinois LLC property associated with the lake lagoon project for the easement.
5. Police – Tim Wright – A motion to approve an Ordinance to Regulate Door-to Door sales in the City of Litchfield, Montgomery County, Illinois.
Executive Session
A Motion to Enter into Executive Session, as allowed under the Illinois Open Meetings Act, as found in Chapter 5 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, Section 120, to address these certain and restricted items:
1. “The setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the public body.” (5ILCS 120/2(2)(6)
2. “Discussion of minutes of meeting lawfully closed under this Act, whether for purposes of approval by the body of the minutes or semi-annual review of the minutes as mandated by Section 2.06. (5ILCS 120/2(2)(C)(21)
3. “The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body.” (5ILCS 120/2(2)(C)(1).
4. “Litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the public body finds that an action is probable or imminent, in which case the basis for the finding shall be recorded and entered into the minutes of the closed meeting.” (5ILCS 120/2(2)(C)(11)
