Pana Community Hospital issued the following announcement on Feb. 6.
Pana Medical Group is pleased to announce the addition of Coleen Rakers as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. Coleen has joined physicians Dr. Gloria Dycoco, Dr. Deo Quizon, Dr. Dennis Yap, and Dr. Marlon Muneses as well as Tabitha Litz, FNP. Coleen is currently seeing patients 18 years and older in the Pana clinic. Coleen is originally from Ramsey and is the daughter of Donna and the late Raymond Rakers. "I am excited to be back in my hometown. It is always my goal to bring exceptional care to you and your family. I feel I am privileged to join the PMG family and community," stated Rakers.
