Motion to recommend to the City Council to approve the Special Event Request for the Ronald McDonald Charity at the corner of Webster and Main Cross on Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
Motion to recommend to the City Council to approve the 2019 Calendar of Events for Downtown Taylorville.org which includes: Farmers Market Saturday mornings late April through October; Thursday meals May 16th, June 20th, September 19th and October 17th; Summertime on the Square June 8th; Meet the Machines September 7th; Dog Days September 14th; Twilight Christmas Parade December 7th
Motion to recommend to the City Council to allow Superintendent Wiseman to seek bids for trash removal throughout the City
Motion to approve and/or ratify payment of bills ($206,581.63)
