One campaign committee in Taylorville has overdue fines amounting to a total of $10,000, records obtained by the South Central Reporter show.

A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Friends of Dick Breckenridge was the only campaign committee in Taylorville that was delinquent in payment for August 2018, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

The total that Friends of Dick Breckenridge still owes comes from two fines of $5,000, both for failure to comply.
