Kinmundy home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Kinmundy fell by $16,200 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,000 - a 26.5% decrease over the $61,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Kinmundy in the third quarter of 2016.
