Centralia home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Centralia fell by $43,250 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $20,250 - a 68.1% decrease over the $63,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Centralia in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Centralia for 2017 was $941. In 2016, the median sales tax was $941, as well. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 4.6%.
