Sandoval home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Sandoval fell by $1,749 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $18,251 - a 8.7% decrease over the $20,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Sandoval in June 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Sandoval for 2017 was $809. In 2016, the median sales tax was $809, as well. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 4.4%.
