Mount Olive home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Mount Olive rose by $53,750 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $68,750 - a 358.3% increase over the $15,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Mount Olive in April 2016.
